Choline is an essential nutrient needed to maintain cell membrane structural integrity, signaling function, neurotransmission, and lipid transport. [8] Choline is naturally produced by the body and also found in high concentrations in eggs.

Choline supplementation, in the form of choline bitartrate, can slow or halt the development of fatty liver and muscle damage. [9] Choline also improve the communication between nerve cells and may improve exercise endurance when choline blood levels drop below normal.10 If you already consume a balanced diet, 300-500mg of Choline Bitartrate per day can offset the choline depleted during an intense workout.

Theacrine as TeaCrine® is a stimulant chemically similar to caffeine in structure, found in Kucha tea plant leaves and Cupuaçu. [11] This compound increases activity levels and offers anti-inflammatory properties without a tolerance-building response by the body. 7 days of chronic theacrine exposure increased activity levels in mice 167% above baseline without an observed crash or developed-tolerance.
