What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

I had a thyroid disease called Graves along with thyroid cancer. I still have a hard time eating. what doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger.

The doctor told me that I would never lift again. He said I would be lucky to be able to hold a full time job.

What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?

when I first started training I was in so much pain and I had a hard time keeping food down. it wasn’t uncommon for me to puke while I was training.

I tried every still of training. right now I am doing back and chest, shoulders and arms then legs, I take a day off then repeat.

If it fits you macros, but also eat somewhat clean. With my thyroid I do have to cheat on eating or I will lose too much weight.

Leg pressing 1000lbs. The idea that one day I was stuck in a wheel chair and now was able to leg press 1000lbs is amazing.

Ego lifting. I hurt my shoulder trying to out bench press everyone.

  2. Believe in yourself.

Final Words of Advice for Others Looking to Make a Change?

Doing it for yourself, don’t do it for anyone else. Also beware that you will lose a lot of friends along the way. Not everyone will love to see to to make this change.

Always believe in yourself. Just because doctors told you that you wouldn’t be able to make a comeback doesn’t mean you can’t. I hope my story proves that.
