What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?
Horrible abusing my life with 10k calories a day. No sort of exercise, no job, no life. I was stuck in a rut of fear and the only thing I could do was eat.
One day I was walking my dog and I saw my reflection in a sliding glass door. I was shocked and sick about how i looked. I needed a change.
I didn’t think I would stick to it but i did.
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?
Major struggles would have to be the lack of energy at the start. I was used to all sorts of fats and sugars. It took my a while to adjust.
The challenges were at the start not seeing results, But over time I started to, which made me keep going.
Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation
In the morning I would do 20 minutes of cardio. Then at night I would go back for
weightlifting and a bit more cardio. At the time I didn’t have a job so I had time to do it.

Low calorie at the start. Under 1500 calories per day for a good while. Bodybuilder-type
meals like brown rice, chicken, oatmeal, etc.
