What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

I hated everything. Being in the military I have to take physical fitness tests. I failed and was at risk of being kicked out. I was depressed and resorted to eating more food to feel better.

When I failed my Air Force PT test my career was threatened and I knew I had to make a change.

What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?

Clothes didn’t fit, hard to breathe, health was at risk, made fun of, always picked last for anything, and I was unable to be the example I needed to be for my children and my troops.

No fat burners!

What Was Your Major Accomplishment, or Major Milestones?

Competed in four bodybuilding shows, won pro card, placed 9th out of 24 at (pro men’s open) Mt. Rogers NGA show!

Detail Your Biggest Mistakes

I only had one mistake. I would let people get to me by saying you can’t do it. I gave up a few times before I finally realized who my true supporters were.

3 Biggest Things You Learned During Your Transformation?

  1. I can do anything with the right mindset.
  2. The mind is the most powerful muscle.
  3. Consistency is key to success.

Final Works of Advice for Others Looking to Make a Change?

Don’t give up, stay true to yourself, and always stay humble. Try to bond with family and let them know the struggles and how you really feel inside.

I’ve accomplished so much in 3 years. I actually have become a member of the MTS Street Warrior Crew! I love representing a company that is a believer in others just as much as I am! Thank you Marc and Katie for that!
