What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

Four to five years ago life was very different, before living this lifestyle. Boring, making bad food choices, not very active.

Once I discovered the sport and lifestyle, fell in love with it and focused on making steady progress and living an overall healthy life.

What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?

Food. I love food too much. Would get way too heavy in my off-seasons. To the point where dieting was ABSOLUTELY unbearable. I would say having a better relationship with food has been my hardest struggle.

Trained 6 days a week, cardio went depending on my needs.

Mostly “clean” foods as they say. Chicken, beef, fish, egg whites, whey, rice, sweet potatoes. Lots of micronutrient dense foods.

  1. If you stick with the program in the end you will get where you want to be.
  2. There are no miracle supplements.
  3. You have to bust your butt!

Final Words of Advice for Others Looking to Make a Change?

Stick with the program, don’t over think, and the results will come. As long as you commit to it, work 110%, bust your butt with your training/cardio/diet the results will follow.
