Transformation: Habib Liehoun Loses 45 Pounds & Gets Diced!
What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?
It wasn’t bad until I lost the girl I loved. Then I went through some rough times.
At one point I needed to evacuate the anger so I started running. Then I joined the closest gym. Before I knew it I started to like working out. I was happier and I felt better.
I didn’t get the girl back, but I think I was able to recapture my own life. This was a million times better.
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?
At the beginning it was the cardio. I couldn’t even run for 10 minutes at a rate of 9 kilometers per hour. But I knew it would come eventually, so I didn’t stop. Now I can make 30 minutes straight, sometimes at 15 kilometers per hour. I do this just before my workout routine.
Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation
I used a sandwhich workout:
I would do 30 minutes of cardio before and after. Each week I would add 0,5km/h. For the workout I would do a circuit. I work on all body parts each day. The abs especially.
Detail Your Diet/Eating Plan During Your Transformation
I used an extreme diet. I would take some high fiber cereals in the morning. The rest of the day I would eat 8 slices of ham. Sometimes I would add nuts or berries when I was too hungry or tired.
I didn’t enough money and knowledge of supplements at the time so I didn’t use them.
What Was Your Major Accomplishment, or Major Milestones?
To me it was to be able to run three times for 30 minutes at 15km/h, and then to do my
workout routine. This made made my workout a total of 4 hours and 30 minutes. Then I would go do cardio HIIT training with some friends, and top it off with an outside coaching session.
I wasn’t even tired the next day. Guess it was one of those days.
Detail Your Biggest Mistake
My only mistake was to workout for a girl. But hey, it got me through the weight loss.
