    You mention diabetes. If your google citrulline (and its conversion products of arginine and Nitic oxide) you will find some cautions relating to diabetes.

    I have just purchased L_Citrulline 1000mg tablets, I have diabetes 2, I am not on any blood thinners or blood pressure medication, however my blood pressure is usually 132-138 over 70, I would prefer not too take the medications generally given by GPs as I firmly believe these medications either mask underlying conditions, and in many cases accelerate or create other problems. My understanding of L_Citrulline appears to give me all the same benefits without any side affects, is there any studies or research published on the affects to diabetes 2 ? I am diet controlling lo carbohydrate intake.
    24 hour fasting with one meal at the 24h point being either 4 eggs fried in vergin olive oil with fried onins, or tuna with raw onions, this so far has bought my weight down and my readings when tested are now between 4.8 and 6,3 over the 24 h period.
