Tom Neal is a 23 year old REPS qualified coach with over 8 years of fitness experience. He was educated at Queens' College, Cambridge where he studied Archaeology and Anthropology and was admitted as a foundation scholar.
He was fitness coach for the college rowing team and is a Judo black belt. He published a book entitled “The Hunter Abs Method”; a diet and exercise lifestyle plan aimed at fat loss, based on a “modern caveman” philosophy. It has it’s roots in the ever popular caveman, Paleo and carb-controlled diet programs but brings them into the present day and balances the scientific research behind how the human body has evolved to live and function, with modern day adaptation and cutting edge nutrition and supplementation research.

He has worked with M.E.M Fitness (Mentor, Educate, Motivate) to promote health fitness with young people as a constructive endeavour in areas where gang violence is prevalent. He was sponsored by Maximuscle Sports Nutrition and appeared in their catalogue at 18. He has since had some photoshoots used in various online and print advertisements, exhibited at Bodypower and works as a coach at a private studio in Canary Wharf, London.
