It's all about results. I work my ass off to help folks reach their goals. In the last 5 years I’ve answered over 10,000 training questions, made 1,000 lifting videos, personally sponsored over 50 powerlifters and have written more than 1,000,000 words.
I enjoy doing what I can to help others achieve their goals and dreams. I don’t want to see anyone’s time in the gym wasted.

Unique training programs are a dime a dozen. While they are useful tools, don’t buy into the hype that any single workout system is magic. This is nonsense.
This industry is filled with a ton of opinions and workouts but very few individuals who have taken the time to understand the bigger picture. What is the bigger picture? That nearly everything works if you know the foundational principles that create gym success.
I’ve studied the training habits of 1,000’s of top-level bodybuilders and powerlifters. You know what I've found? They all train differently. This reveals a bigger picture: that everything can work if you understand the mechanisms that drive gains.
Instead of presenting you with magic programs, I’ll show you how to maximize nearly any training system. This is the core of my training philosophy and articles.
You don’t need my programs or articles to be successful. You don’t need any single system of training to reach your goals, I don’t care what anyone tells you. I don’t elevate trainers, workouts or coaches above the truth. I let the truth speak for itself, because it yields the results you are after.
