Matt Dustin, CSCS, is personal trainer, online coach, and fitness author based out of San Diego, California. He has been a personal trainer since early 2011, after he fell in love with fitness when discovered the gym in college.
He has interned with Under Armour’s sports performance center in Baltimore, MD, written articles for many publications, contributed textbook chapters to personal training certification textbooks, and is releasing his first full-length published book in April 2016. Matt’s clientele has included athletes of all levels, IFBB competitors, models, actors, and everyone in between.
In addition to having a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Matt holds the following credentials: NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
