Josh Hennig is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutritional Specialist with an athletic background as a former Amatuer MMA and Muay Thai competitor.
He has spent over 15 years practicing martial arts, and was a three sport high school athlete and weightlifting competitor. Joshua also spent 4 years volunteering as a college basketball coach.
Joshua Hennig also has worked in the radio industry for almost a decade and been on the radio either as a sports talk show host or play-by-play broadcaster.
